Day 2: Temples, Traders & Terroir – Baalbek, Anjar & Château Ksara
After breakfast, you journey eastward across the Mount Lebanon range into the fertile expanse of the Bekaa Valley. Your first stop is the legendary city of Baalbek, known as the “City of the Sun”, where colossal Roman temples rise majestically against a backdrop of golden hills. Stand in awe beneath the towering columns of the Temple of Jupiter, and explore the ornate Temple of Bacchus, one of the best-preserved in the ancient world. Next, explore a very different layer of history at Anjar, an 8th-century Umayyad city where Islamic architecture and Roman planning merge in elegant colonnades, arched gates, and intricate mosaic pavements — a captivating remnant of the short-lived Umayyad empire.
The day's final delight is a visit to Château Ksara, Lebanon's oldest winery. Hidden beneath the vineyards are Roman-era tunnels where wine still ages to perfection. Here, you’ll taste some of Lebanon's finest vintages and hear stories of winemaking that have been passed down through the centuries.

Day 3: From Sacred Heights to Seaside Charms – Harissa, Byblos & Batroun
After breakfast, your journey follows Lebanon’s stunning coastline, starting with a spiritual ascent to the Our Lady of Lebanon shrine in Harissa. Reached by a scenic cable car ride that glides above lush pine forests and charming rooftops, this revered pilgrimage site provides stunning views of Jounieh Bay and the glistening Mediterranean—a place where faith meets landscape.
Descending from the hills, you continue north to Byblos (Jbeil), one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. Here, layers of history unfold before you—from Neolithic settlements and Phoenician temples to Crusader castles and Roman streets. Wander its atmospheric old souk, linger at the picturesque harbor, and feel the pulse of a town that has seen empires rise and fall.
Your final stop is Batroun, a sun-kissed coastal gem known for its laid-back spirit and vibrant soul. Stroll along the ancient Phoenician sea wall, explore the artisan shops in the cobbled souk, or sip lemonade at one of the breezy cafés that line the shore.

Day 4: Northern Echoes – The Soul of Tripoli & Batroun’s Breezy Shores
Today, our journey begins toward Tripoli, Lebanon’s captivating northern capital—a city where Mamluk minarets pierce the skyline, the scent of cardamom fills the air, and history lingers in every alley. Start your discovery in the city’s Old Souks, a vibrant maze of color and craftsmanship where time seems to slow. From copper workshops and traditional hammams to sweet shops brimming with knafeh and ma’amoul, Tripoli offers an authentic taste of old-world Levantine life.
Ascend to the Citadel of Raymond de Saint-Gilles, an imposing Crusader fortress that looms protectively over the city. The views from here stretch from the rugged mountains to the turquoise coastline — a reminder of Tripoli’s strategic and storied past.
Later, head to Al-Mina, Tripoli’s coastal district, where pastel-colored houses, Ottoman relics, and a breezy atmosphere invite a relaxed stroll along the port.
In the afternoon, you return to Batroun to experience its tranquil atmosphere in the daylight and to spend more time exploring the Phoenician sea wall, charming cafés, and the shops of local artisans before heading back to your hotel in Byblos.

Dive into the city’s past and present in Downtown Beirut, from the iconic Martyr’s Square to the stylish Beirut Souks, where ancient streets have become a modern crossroads of fashion, food, and craftsmanship.
In the afternoon, leave the coast behind and ascend into the Chouf Mountains. There, you’ll discover the grand Beiteddine Palace, a 19th-century masterpiece of Ottoman-Lebanese architecture, featuring lavish courtyards and intricate mosaics.
End your day in the fairytale village of Deir el Qamar, where red-roofed stone houses, flower-adorned balconies, and cobblestone squares evoke a timeless charm. In the evening, return to Beirut for your final overnight stay.
